3. Product Availability & Descriptions

We strive to ensure that the information on our website is complete and accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content is error-free. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via major credit cards, bank transfers, and in-store payments.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Breitling timepiece. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product subject to the following conditions:

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
• Condition: The watch must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with all protection tags and stickers intact.
• Accessories: Must include the original box, warranty card, manual, and any gifts provided with the purchase.
• Exclusions: Customized or personalized straps/watches cannot be returned.

6. Limitation of Liability

Breitling Jordan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman.
